What we need
  • Update to or creation of one new HR policy or procedure, such as any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety & Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation & Benefits policies, Work From Home Policies, etc.
Additional details

Looking for a review of policies and procedures. Seeking a way to track policies as well.

What we have in place
  • We currently have dozens of policies, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a committee that oversees policies, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,480 , allowing us to spend time on other resources.

We'll better serve our employees and apply policies.

  • Professional reviews any existing policy materials and gathers clarifying information
  • Volunteer Manager explains what they're looking for in this policy
  • Professional determines if changes need to be made to existing policy(s)
  • Professional determines if the Volunteer Manager needs to collect additional information from employees (i.e., survey results)

Milestone 1: Draft of Policy
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional review a draft of the policy, and determine next steps (i.e., buy-in/approval from additional parties)

Milestone 2: Wrap-up & Learnings
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional confirm final policy
  • Professional makes recommendations for how to distribute or communicate new policy to employees
