This project is essential for the growth and professionalism of our organization. While our organization is small, our data management needs are particularly complex as a two-part organization. Ragged Wing Ensemble is a theater company with ticketing, fundraising and marketing needs. The Flight Deck is a shared arts venue with invoicing, vendor, and sales pipeline management needs. An integrated CRM system will streamline operations, bolster efficiency, and increase income, helping this essential arts resource better provide for the Oakland creative community.
