What we need
- A professionally designed online survey ready to use (set up with Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, SurveyLegend, or other tool)
- Training to equip staff to execute and manage survey
What we have in place
- We currently have a survey, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a dedicated staff person, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to To provide carfare to 129 unemployed program graduates.
This project will help us improve services to clients by using the feedback gathered from survey to guide enhancements.
