This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to To provide carfare to 129 unemployed program graduates.

What We Need

  • A professionally designed online survey ready to use (set up with Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, SurveyLegend, or other tool)
  • Training to equip staff to execute and manage survey

How This Will Help

This project will help us improve services to clients by using the feedback gathered from survey to guide enhancements.

What We Have In Place

We currently have a survey which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a dedicated staff person and the ability to provide any other information you need.

Project Steps

Prep: Determination of Survey Needs
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager connect to discuss survey needs and collect information
Milestone 1: Survey Draft Creation
  • Professional provides guidance to Volunteer Manager on developing surveys
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager draft survey together
Milestone 2: Survey Finalization & Dissemination
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional review and edit survey
  • Professional trains Volunteer Manager on launching and managing survey online
Milestone 3: Analysis
  • Within a week of completion of the data collection, Professional helps Volunteer Manager analyze data
Prerequisites for Professional
  • Ability to develop and administer surveys for data analysis, especially for business and market research
  • Familiarity with popular online survey tools (Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, SurveyLegend Sureveyz, Wufoo, Gizmo, etc.)
  • Excellent writing and communications expertise
Prerequisites for Organization
  • Clearly articulated objectives for your Online Survey data gathering
  • A staff member with time to dedicate to legwork and collaboration with the Professional to ensure timely and successful completion
