This project will save us $8,908 , allowing us to provide hot meals to 200 program participants at our 9 leadership conferences this fall.

What We Need

  • A Membership Strategy document of up to 10 pages, including analysis of the Organization’s current membership program, step-by-step guide to a new and improved program, growth goals and creative outreach strategies

How This Will Help

The success of our organization depends on recruting, training, and deploying new members as mentors. Without your help, we cannot develop a strong plan to success in this arena. Your skills will empower us to Empower more men in the communities we serve as youth mentor.

What We Have In Place

We currently have a version or a membership recruitment plan which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have board members that work on 3 college campuses and connections to multiple churches and the ability to provide any other information you need.

Fun Fact

CCM worked with over 30,000 boys in last 20 years.

CCM provides all programs at no cost to participants.

CCM constantly looks for opportunities to expose young boys to successful minority males. The list of past speakers include Senator Barack Obama, Coach Lovie Smith, and Former NBA Player Larue Martin.
