What we'd like to talk about
We want to find out the best registration management software to streamline our program registration process, and about the pros/cons of using SalesForce (particularly for nonprofits).
Additional context
We have a new parent support program that requires online registration, and we collect a fee for participation. We want to automate the process so that we can collect their information and payment; funnel their information to a database; and automate email blasts so that they can receive communication.

We are a local nonprofit agency that is committed to improving Hawaii's maternal, child and family health through collaborative efforts in public education, advocacy and partner development.
What we do
Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies Coalition of Hawaii is committed to ensuring women and families receive access to resources and information before, during and after pregnancy. We provide programs, direct resources, and access to services that help Hawaii's women achieve a healthy, safe pregnancy and nurture a healthy baby.
Annually, we reach over 10,000 women and families through our MothersCare phone line, our online resource directory, our Text4Baby health text messaging service and our direct services. We also serve families through our Piko Pals 12-week new parent support program, our Cribs for Kids program for high-risk families, and our maternal counseling services.
We have been operating statewide in Hawaii for over 25 years and have strong partnerships throughout the public and private sectors.
