Project details

What we need
  • Analysis of one dataset
  • Document articulating discoveries from analysis
Additional details

Our last annual report was for the period 2010-2014. We would like to feature data from 2015-2018 for our next report, and to provide "what is happening to date" for 2019.

What we have in place
  • We currently have annual audits through 2017 and leadership team commitment., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have leadership compiling other prerequisite material, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,154 , allowing us to provide required in-kind match for our Cumberland Co. Healthy Communities grant, and would scholarship 20 students to attend 1-week of Camp YEY leadership camp.

We recently completed a strategic planning exercise which revealed that one of our weaknesses is how we are perceived in the communities we serve. It is important for us to collaborate with community partners, since we are funded, in part, to provide community coalitions. An annual report to share with our partners and the community is vital to improving perceptions and expanding our reach in to the communities we serve.
