Annual Report Writing
Annual Report Writing
Project details
What we need
- Clear and effective copy for an annual report that illustrates the Organization’s successes and plans for growth (e.g., descriptions of programs, allocation of funds, and recognition of donors and volunteers)
- Blueprint of the structure for the annual report, including optimal content, length, and style
Additional details
We are a smaller CBO - so we are looking for a smaller style Annual report with a fresh new look that is eye-catching and informative. We would like to produce a one-pager and a more in-depth annual report for our 35 anniversary.
What we have in place
- We currently have current program data, existing program data, and agency data, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a staff member to work closely with you as needed, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $9,148 , allowing us to utilize these funds for other projects impacting the health disparities among some of the most marginalized Oakland residents.
As we end our 35 year of service to Alameda County, it is now more important than ever to show our impact and highlight success and challenges in the fight against HIV and to stay relevant in a HIV-changing landscape. This year we have made important decisions to stay relevant as a community based HIV service provider and make sure we are providing the biggest impact we can to Alameda County residents. We hope to paint a picture of our relationship with our community in a fresh, new, eye catching way.
