What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
What we have in place
- We currently have an outline of principles we would like students to adhere to, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have examples of work we have seen from other organizations that we would like to model, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to position ourselves as a noteworthy option for college students looking for employment in the tech industry.
The success of our organization depends on us communicating what we stand for and why we stand out. Without your help, we cannot engage college students and get their attention. Your skills will empower us to compete with other organizations they find attractive.
