What we need
- A photographer who will attend the Organization's event to take photos
- A set of professionally edited, high-resolution images delivered in a digital format suitable for web or print use
- Note: The photographer needs to be available in the same geographical location as the Organization or be willing to travel at own expense
Additional details
This request is for Sneaker Ball, a black tie gala where you must wear sneakers. This event is the 5 year anniversary celebratory gala for our organization. We expect 500 people to attend. Event details are as follows:

What we have in place
- We currently have secured venue, date, time, and logistics., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a list of preferred shots, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,998 , allowing us to provide college readiness/preparation support and college tours to 20 high school seniors; operate a mentoring program in a school for 20 students for 1 school year.
This project is important to commemorate our year anniversary as well as to use the pictures in marketing material for next year's event. Most importantly, by using a professional as a volunteer, it will allow us to reduce expenses and maximize profit in our fundraising efforts.
