Project details

What we need
  • Clear and effective copy for an annual report that illustrates the Organization’s successes and plans for growth (e.g., descriptions of programs, allocation of funds, and recognition of donors and volunteers)
  • Blueprint of the structure for the annual report, including optimal content, length, and style
Additional details

Building Blocks for Kids is a small organization made up of 9 full-time and part-time women serving up to 600 individuals a year with services encompassing Health & Wellness, DIGITech and Community Engagement & Advocacy.

Due to our small size, this organization has never published an annual report. We are excepting a quick and concise two-page report highlighting personal stories as opposed to overwhelming our audience with numbers. Also looking for pointer to consider for next year!

What we have in place
  • We currently have a dedicated staff person assigned to branding and org. cultu, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an already prepared file containing images, numbers and draft of wishes, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,098 , allowing us to Keep staff! We are on a TIGHT budget, but are so eager expand our impact! Being resourceful with our finances is the only way we can continue to serve families with quality services.

This year was BBK first year under new leadership and a renewed enthusiasm for community connection. We hope that this annual report will serve as just another means of celebrating our community and encourage continued work.

Annual Report Writing Project

BBK Richmond is a very promising organization, serving a very important function in their community. The organization was extrememly easy to work with, due in large part to their Admistrative Coordinator, Evelyn. She was well-organized, well-prepared, quick to respond to emails, and was able to communicate the organization's needs for the project with clarity and confidence. I would absolutley work with BBK again and would urge anyone considering a project with them to jump at the chance.
