Community based organization w/ multi-pronged approach to urban challenges & opportunities needs help with creating a comprehensive & effective business plan and strategy.
We have an old draft of a business plan, and we would specifically like your support to significantly update this plan. We would like to use the online business plan & management platform, LivePlan.
The business plan + strategy will include a 90/120 day work plan with milestones.
We will also need help creating an advancement strategy.

- We currently have an old business plan draft, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a dedicated staff member, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
