Event Branding & Marketing Materials
Project details
What we need
- A branded theme for a specific event based on the Organization's existing visual brand identity
- Materials for the event including, but not limited to, invitations, email designs, graphics for social media, digital flyers, presentation design, and signage
- Assets and branding guidelines for use in other materials (if applicable)
- Note: This project does not include the production or printing of physical materials
Additional details
The project is for the Bloom Ball Gala, held on April 13, 2019 in Peachtree City, GA. This event is attended by 450+ guests, and includes dinner & drinks, live/silent auctions, games, live entertainment, and a direct ask.
What we have in place
- We have details for the event, audience demographics, timelines for material distribution, and examples of the last 4 previous year's marketing materials. We are looking for a fresh look/design and color scheme for this year's gala. We have access to stock photography and illustrations as needed.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,586 , allowing us to re-allocate our staff time to researching and applying for 25% more grants this fiscal year
Our Bloom Ball gala is the largest fundraiser of the year, and the revenue we receive makes up more than 50% of the special events budget. Donors, supporters, and volunteers come to this event to support our mission to help foster youth. The event sets the stage for us to communicate our organization's outcomes and vision for the future. We've noticed that very creative marketing material attracts more donors/guests and enhances our overall revenue.
Project plan
Our mission
The mission of Bloom Our Youth (d.b.a. Bloom) is to "provide safe shelter and physical, educational, and emotional support to children and youth who have been the victims of abuse, neglect, or other tragic circumstances in order to strengthen them for the next phase of life."
Bloom advocates for foster children and families using a three-pronged approach. These services: 1) recruit, train, and certify foster families through the Bloom Foster Parenting Program; 2) educate foster parents through Bloom University; and 3) provide free clothing and essential items to foster children and foster families through The Bloom Closet.
Testimonials

It was a pleasure to work with Kristin in developing designs for their 2019 Bloom Ball! We had a wonderful initial conversation, she was very well organized, and she welcomed my feedback and ideas. Bloom Our Youth does such important work in their community, and I hope to have the chance to partner with them again. Thank you, Kristin!
