I'd like strategic advice on how to create and use a development ladder for donors and prospects. We need a development advisor ASAP to be available for a few emails or phone calls each week.
Additional context
If you have extensive experience as a development officer, we'd love your help in structuring a donor giving ladder, and structuring donor outreach within our burgeoning department.
