What we need
- Document that articulates in a consistent voice key messages about the Organization’s identity, constituents, mission, and vision
- Creation of taglines and talking points to help the Organization communicate clearly and concisely
- Recommendations on tailoring messaging for common communication channels (e.g., website copy, printed marketing collateral, pitching verbally)
What we have in place
- We currently have self developed brand guide, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have one sheet noting mission, vision, big idea, etc., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,600 , allowing us to help more individuals overcome the daily barriers (like the cost of gas, groceries, lodging, utilities, clothing, etc) that cancer creates.
As a small start-up non-profit, we developed our own brand guide and messaging. While we feel it is concise and clear, we need further expertise in reviewing what we have done, helping to clarify, and validate/invalidate what we have built out so that we can execute consistently across all channels (Web, PR, Social, Newsletters, email, etc.)

Our mission
The Deep South Cancer Foundation is a non-profit that operates under the belief that while cancer is complicated, helping is not. We exist to fund cancer programs, promote prevention, drive awareness, and provide research funding, all with the goal of helping individuals and families, throughout the Deep South, overcome the daily barriers created by cancer.
What we do
Through our local strategic partnerships, we work to provide simple & direct solutions to needed resources for individuals & families with cancer. We collaborate with organizations that are equipped to identify the local obstacles that prevent individuals from receiving treatment. We exist to fund cancer programs, promote cancer prevention, drive awareness, provide research and pilot funding; all with the goal is to improve the quality of life for individuals, families, and communities throughout the Deep South.
