- Note: This project does not include on-site event coordination or support on the day of the event. Related projects that may be completed in parallel are the Event Vendor Selection project, the Event Publicity Plan project, and the Event Budget Plan project

We are currently in the process of planning our annual fundraising gala event and need help with Timeline for preparation and outline of team roles & responsibilities, Recommendations on pre- and post-event communications, Detailed day-of-event schedule, as well assistance with publicity and securing sponsors.
What we have in place
- We currently have a small committee dedicated to the project, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some information from previous year's events, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,066 , allowing us to provide prevention, diversion, and life skills programming to youth in the Naugatuck community.
This project will help us become more organized to plan this fundraising event, as well as, have the potential to generate more donation dollars.

Naugatuck Youth Services, Inc. is committed to a leadership role in advocacy & action on behalf of youth development, family enrichment & a healthy community.
What we do
We help all of Naugatuck's young people realize their potential to be healthy, resilient & awesome. (Mostly teenagers - we give them skills & support to stay substance free, and opportunities to make a difference & learn from mistakes. Our focus is prevention, diversion & life skills work.)
