We are currently in the process of planning our annual fundraising gala event and need help with Timeline for preparation and outline of team roles & responsibilities, Recommendations on pre- and post-event communications, Detailed day-of-event schedule, as well assistance with publicity and securing sponsors.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a small committee dedicated to the project, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some information from previous year's events, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,066 , allowing us to provide prevention, diversion, and life skills programming to youth in the Naugatuck community.

This project will help us become more organized to plan this fundraising event, as well as, have the potential to generate more donation dollars.

  • Professional conducts research on vendors and compiles suggestions based on event budget
