- An effective and concise document that covers the following: Mission and Vision Statement, Executive Summary, Products, Programs, and Services, Target Market, Marketing Plan, Industry and Competitive Analysis, Financials, Organizational Structure, Management Team/Role of Board, Your Offering, Appendix, etc.
- An internal guide to align day-to-day operations and goals
- A fresh perspective on an Organization’s goals and strategies
What we have in place
- We have a project proposal that will help you get started. In addition, we have a staff member who could check in with you for about 1 hour a week, as necessary.
How this will help
This project will save us $15,028 , allowing us to find a creative business solution to the issue of childcare for low-wage female workers.
One of the biggest hurdles confronting women in poverty is the issue of child care. As a result, we are hoping to find a business solution to this problem. Specifically, finding a cost-effective model for providing child care to very young children under the age of five years old, who are still too young to attend universal pre-K and/or regular school.
