  • We currently have a strategic plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have vision, goals, mission, objectives, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,610 , allowing us to work on ground on our restoration work

Prep: Provide Current Materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with the board of directors’ current governance practices, structure, policies and procedures, as well as a list of current board members
  • Volunteer Manager identifies which board members or other staff are available for interviews (if required)

Milestone 1: Research
  • Professional connects with Volunteer Manager for a brainstorming/overview session
  • Professional reviews any issues arising from current policies and procedures

Milestone 2: Evaluation
  • Professional conducts surveys and interviews with key stakeholders
  • Professional reviews relevant materials regarding the board’s performance, structure, policies and procedures
  • Professional drafts the board’s structure, policies and procedures documents
  • Organization provides feedback to Professional’s documents

Milestone 3: Delivery of Board Policies & Procedures
  • Professional delivers board policies and procedures document outlining recommendations for more effective governance of the Organization
