What we need
  • Print-ready designed brochure template provided in a high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
  • Collateral, to be used in conjunction with the Brochure Writing project, for new marketing materials
  • Accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Note: This project does not include printing
What we have in place
  • We currently have old brochure and rack cards, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have logos and write up, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to put more funding into serving more homeless individuals through the programs that we have.

We are trying to reach new funding sources and support. Having a brochure with this information in one place will allow us to present our organization in a more unified way.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo and visual brand guidelines or examples, images you'd like to include in the designed brochure (if applicable), and finalized copy for brochure to inform design

Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager meet to discuss goals of brochure, target audience, and style preferences

Milestone 2: Preliminary Design
  • Professional performs initial design and layout and sends to Organization for up to 3 rounds of review and feedback

Milestone 3: Final Design
  • Professional finalizes designs, digitizes the artwork and delivers high-resolution versions, along with print specifications to Organization
  • Professional advises on best practices for printing

Our mission

The mission of the Elizabeth Coalition to House the Homeless is to serve the immediate needs of the homeless and the near homeless. We strive to empower people with the tools to transition to safe, affordable and permanent housing. We are charged with advocating for people to achieve housing equity and participate in the larger community.

What we do

Our case managers stabilize the household's housing first and then work to improve the longer term chances for success. Without stable housing there is no way a household can be successful.
Safe, secure, shelter lets households focus on jobs, school and relationships without the stress of where they will sleep or how they will eat.
