What we need
- Document that articulates in a consistent voice key messages about the Organization’s identity, constituents, mission, and vision
- Creation of taglines and talking points to help the Organization communicate clearly and concisely
- Recommendations on tailoring messaging for common communication channels (e.g., website copy, printed marketing collateral, pitching verbally)
Additional details
This project will help us create messaging for our HR department! We need to create compelling marketing materials, update our jobs page, and update our social media sites with the specific goal of increasing applications for our open positions. We want to hire the top talent in the area, and show off the many reasons why The Unity Council is a great place to work. Outcomes include flyers, brochures, taglines, etc.
What we have in place
- We currently have existing hiring materials that describe our benefits and workplace, a very clear organizational mission, vision, and values, a team of two responsible for branding and marketing, and a clear audience and vision for the type of message/image/vision we want to portray.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,600 , allowing us to invest in fund development activities that raise even more money for the organization!
The Unity Council is a large nonprofit with nearly 300 employees. We have an extremely diverse staff, a great culture and organizational values, and are committed to empowering our staff to become future leaders. But we have a limited Marketing & Communications capacity, and this project has always been on the backburner. We want to be competitive for top nonprofit professionals who are committed to our Mission.
