We recently released the inaugural report on the State of the Nonprofit Sector on the Peninsula. We want to push out various infographics to different groups, including our nonprofit members, their board members, & the community at large. The goal of the report is to highlight the value of the sector. We want to do this in a way that also demonstrates their value. Infographics should serve as real calls to action to support this sector not just with money but also with awareness, volunteers, etc
What we have in place
- We currently have the report - https://bit.ly/2TDJ7eL, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have graphics from the report in a PPT file, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to put these dollars into providing more continuing education, board training, and other programs designed to help strengthen local nonprofits.
The goal of this report is to shine a light on the value of this sector, not only to the health and well being of our communities, but also to the local economy, as can be seen in various results from the report. In addition, we are hoping this report will help to raise awareness for NetworkPeninsula and our programs to help build the capacity of this valuable sector.

Our mission
NetworkPeninsula supports more than 300 nonprofits across the Virginia Peninsula through programs designed to help nonprofits build their capacity to remain sustainable and fulfill their missions effectively. Our mission is to raise awareness of the needs on the Peninsula, encourage involvement from community members & strengthen the nonprofits working to meet these needs.
