Project details

What we need
  • 1-2 page summary of takeaways and trends from interviewing key individuals (no more than 8 interviews total)
  • Identification of the board’s strengths and recommendations for areas of improvement for board members collectively and individually
Additional details

Need to develop a "survey monkey" type board assessment to go out to all board members with capacity to aggregate responses into a report for the boards review and acceptance. This information should be able to feed into the development of a board -developed one-year strategic plan for July 2019-June 2020 that is linked to our current three-year strategic plan (2018-2021)

What we have in place
  • We currently have three-year startegic plan/summary of last board assessment, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have other board-related materials, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,773 , allowing us to support balancing our revenues/expenses for the current fiscal year (2018-19).

As a Standards of Excellence accredited agency, we are required to complete a board assessment at least every other year.
