Logo Design & Visual Brand Identity
Project details
What we need
- Consultation regarding the Organization's current branding and desired branding objectives

- High-resolution logo delivered electronically (in formats for digital and print use)
Additional details
We are working on a project that uses social media, narratives, and colorful illustrations to connect rural youth in MS to sexual and reproductive health and mental health resources. We have characters developed and some storylines for the characters developed, but we need an interesting logo to draw the youth in. For example, we plan to create T-shirts, flyers, swag bags, and other give aways for the youth. We need a creative logo and tagline to draw the youth ages 14-21 into the project.
What we have in place
- We currently have ideas about what we want it the brand to look and feel like, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a clearly defined audience and demographic, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to spend resources on hiring more staff to create content and work directly with youth on mental health and sexual health related events within rural communities.
The brand for this project is very important, in that it is the first interaction many youth will have with our project. Because our project is focused on mental health and sexual health and is the first of its kind in MS, it needs to be something that is designed for the trendsetting youth. Mental health and sexual health are two taboo topics within the rural south. However, given the STI rates and the teen pregnancy rates, its important that we make this topic resonate with youth.
Project plan
Our mission
To ensure that all Mississippi teens have access to high-quality sex education and youth-friendly healthcare services.
What we do
All of Teen Health Mississippi's work is conducted in partnership with youth and falls within three primary domains: policy & advocacy, training & capacity building, and programs & initiatives.
* Teen Health Mississippi engages youth advocates and community stakeholders to increase awareness of important policies relating to teen sexual health and champions policies at state, local, and organizational levels that improve teen sexual health.
* Teen Health Mississippi provides training and resources to build the capacity of youth-serving adults and organizations to effectively educate and empower Mississippi teens to protect and promote their sexual health.
* Teen Health Mississippi supports the implementation of targeted programs and initiatives informed by research and best practices that target risk and protective factors that influence teen sexual behavior and are guided by key positive youth development principles.
We work across these domains with three primary motivators in mind: access, quality, and support. That is, we work to increase access to high-quality sex education and youth-friendly healthcare and ensure that well-trained youth-serving organizations and adults support teens in engaging in positive, health-promoting behaviors.
