What we need
- Clear and effective copy for an annual report that illustrates the Organization’s successes and plans for growth (e.g., descriptions of programs, allocation of funds, and recognition of donors and volunteers)
- Blueprint of the structure for the annual report, including optimal content, length, and style
Additional details
Our organization has a complicated mission and does both c3 and c4 work. We've been using the same annual report outline and writing style for the past few years and not sure it's serving us well. The volunteer manager for this project has been the author but has no real training or background in development.
What we have in place
- We currently have a good amount of info about our organization's impact, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have enthusiastic interest about working with you on this, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $9,148 , allowing us to focus on launching a new monthly public action series over the next few months, and making it successful.
We hope an outsider's perspective and help revising our annual report will provide professional guidance in an area (development) where we're understaffed and under-trained. The work we do is complex and often misunderstood. Help communicating it effectively would be welcome.
