What we need

- List of keywords to use & words to avoid when writing about Organization or program
What we have in place
- We currently have a well thought-out and designed website, www.cbcare.org, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some marketing materials, and a monthly newsletter, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to devote resources to developing and funding innovative services for our patients to improve their health and wellness outcomes.
Coordinated Behavioral Care has been established since 2011, but continues to grow in leaps and bounds - innovating, designing new programs, and spinning off new business structures to support the 100,000 Medicaid patients served by our network. CBC is not a direct service provider or an insurance payer- we live somewhere in between as an intermediary or an umbrella making our organization complicated to explain or brand. We need to articulate value both internally to the network and externally.

We are dedicated to realizing the unprecedented opportunities under Medicaid redesign to improve the quality of care for members and their families, while reducing potentially preventable inpatient and emergency services use by people with serious mental illness, chronic health conditions and/or substance use disorders.
