A framework for acknowledging Assemble's accountability and ability to make change as well as for others to identify with clearly
A way to examine issues rooted in our organization versus issues that are based on personal or larger systemic causes (ex. "It's Capitalism's fault I have a job and am stressed."
What we have in place
- We currently have a strategic plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have weekly staff meetings, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,723 , allowing us to grow and develop while offering the best programming we can because we will be present. Many of the workplace culture issues have been time-sucking and a lot of unpayable emotional labor.
We are a start-up non-profit that has grown significantly over the past two years. As we continue to grow and plan for succession, I want to make sure we are setting the best tone and culture for our work that is reflective of our organizational values but still is within the financial and human capacity means of Assemble. Building a great place to work where people of all intersectional identities is really important to me.

Testimonials
It was great to work with Maria. She helped translate the information collected for our board members and staff.
My experience with Assemble was great. This non-profit is growing and I was able to assist with a workplace assessment that can help them take a good hard look on how they would like to create their culture.
