Additional details
We are in the process of creating new roles over the next year. We do not have a complex structure but need to be efficient and effective while not burning people out.
What we have in place
- We currently have an organizational chart, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have job descriptions, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to buy materials, snack, training, and develop new Science, Tech, Engineering, Art, and Math curriculum.
We are in the process of growing and developing new jobs. This will be helpful for pushing us towards our goal of creating 4 new full-time positions.
