- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
What we have in place
- We currently have job descriptions, salary bands, etc ready for review, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have perf review form that needs update. Our Dir of Fin is avail, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to invest in technology / system updates to finance and billing systems that are stuck in the past. This also provides an in-kind match to a grant to help us accomplish this.
After 27-yr founder, new ED is creating new org culture that is inclusive, builds trust, increases impact. Transparency and fairness in compensation is a critical part of that trust building and systems update needed. With three distinct lines of business, and only one needing to bill hourly w/hourly billing goals (and expert technical skills), a sense of imbalance and inequity overshadows other efforts to create effective, fair, policies, and build a whole team cohesiveness.
