- We currently have job descriptions and a budget, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an HR consultant, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to bring on new staff members who can coach and provide professional development for special educators and school leaders.
SELF is growing quickly and hiring additional roles, potentially nationally. As we grow, we need a clear compensation philosophy to ensure equity for how we make decision for new hires, promotions, and salary increases. We also need to determine a competitive but sustainable total rewards package that will help us find and keep great people.
