Print Materials Design
Print Materials Design
Project details
What we need
- Designs for one piece of marketing or communications collateral (e.g., fact sheet, case study, event invitations)
- Templates with accurate, print-ready specifications
- Note: Please post an additional project if more than one piece of collateral is needed
Additional details
We need one page materials that convey who we are, what we do, and why someone should care. We need these for our board members to have and use and have on hand and to use for tabling events and to use to ask for sponsors for events.
What we have in place
- We currently have an info-graphic from National CASA, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have summaries of what being a CASA volunteer is and entails, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,607 , allowing us to have materials we otherwise wouldn't have; we are currently relying on board members or other volunteers to assist with any marketing or communication materials.
We are in desperate need of new materials. We have new board members who have new connections and want to be able to present material about the organization to potential sponsors and donors. As the ED of a small organization who also is responsible for the Development and Marketing, getting to this type of project just keeps getting pushed down the to do list and is also not my best skill set. This would be a huge help to update the profile of our organization.
Project plan
Our mission
The mission of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Philadelphia is to deliver personalized, integrated, child-centered advocacy to abused and neglected children in foster care through a diverse community of trained and skilled volunteers.
What we do
CASA is the only program in Philadelphia that leverages the resources of trained community volunteers to advocate for a child's best interests in and out court. CASA volunteers effectively advocate to ensure children are well cared for while in the foster care system, are placed in a permanent home, or exit the system with the education, skills, and supports they need for a stable and happy future.
The relationships forged between CASA volunteers and the children they serve make a critical difference in life trajectory of that child. Of the cases CASA has closed, 85% have achieved a permanent outcome: over 55% have been reunified with a relative or parent and 35% were adopted or permanently placed. As reflected in national CASA statistics, children with a CASA spend less time in foster care, receive more services, and are more successful in school.
Testimonials

I enjoyed working with Happi on this project for CASA. And would gladly help them out in any way I can in the future. Great organization, doing great work in Philly and around the US.
