  • Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
  • Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
Additional Details

Job descriptions will need to be rewritten.
There is also real organizational redesign and restructuring work still happening.
Missed match talent and responsibilities of staff

Is there a step before identifying how to drive the organization what is the correct talent.
We have done mission and vision work with CatchaFire.

Want to move forward but might need to be clear on foundational work and what that is

  • We currently have the job descriptions, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the mission and vision and clarity on program areas., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help

The organization is five years old and having a significant growth spurt. There is a professionalizing phase. It has run as an intimate family, woman-run organization. A Mom and Mom Shop! We want to attract great talent and be able to support the growth and development of our employees. I think that we can be served by greater role clarity. I believe we are in for a monumental change. This exercise will surface a lot about the culture of the organization. We are Ready!

  • Professional connects with Volunteer Manager for a brainstorming session
  • Professional analyzes current job descriptions, pay structure, non-monetary rewards and benefits
  • Professional gathers information about competitive market data and internal value of positions
Milestone 2: Recommendations
  • Professional proposes recommendations for job descriptions, pay structures, compensation policies, and incentive plans
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback to Professional’s proposals
Milestone 3: Compensation Plan
  • Professional delivers a compensation plan with updated job descriptions, pay structures, non-monetary rewards and other incentives
