Project details

What we need
  • Final designs for a predetermined type of promotional apparel (e.g., t-shirts, hats, shorts, other swag) or merchandise (mugs, pens, tote bags, etc.) provided in the high-resolution format of the Organization's choice
  • Note: Printing and vendor sourcing is not included
Additional details

We are looking for new and creative t-shirt designs to promote our brand and sell at our annual Summer Games in June.

What we have in place
  • We currently have previous designs, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff members to collaborate with, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,607 , allowing us to focus on promotions and events freeing up much needed time.

We use merchandise sales as an additional fundraising resource at our statewide competition events.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo, images, and/or slogan in electronic format and visual brand identity (if available)

Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager connect to discuss desired design aesthetic and target audience for merchandise

Milestone 2: Design Phase
  • Professional creates initial design and sends to Volunteer Manager for up to three rounds of review and feedback

Milestone 3: Finalizing Design
  • Professional finalizes designs, digitizes the artwork and delivers high-resolution versions along with print specifications

To provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
