What we need
- A document with detailed feedback and edits that ensures an Organization's business plan clearly defines its mission and approach, finance and operating structure, and tracks to key performance indicators

Started putting together our business but would love some guidance and expertise on how to finish and refine it.
What we have in place
- We currently have a business plan that already includes our mission statement, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have our vision, operating budget estimate and beneficiary market, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,788 , allowing us to work with a partner school and get our initial program started with them, getting our organization off the ground.
We're still in the beginning stages of setting everything up the right way. The finalization of our business plan will help us to focus on our goals, get pro bono legal help, start our fundraising deck etc.

What we do
LISTEN2NY is a 501c(3) non-profit, founded in December 2018, to provide underserved youth (age 13-18) with opportunities to advance their musical aspirations. LISTEN2NY aims to offer students one on one mentorships with established artists, a platform to perform, while teaching valuable lessons in event management. The program experience culminates in a captivating live music show for everyone involved. Initially focused on the 5 boroughs of New York city, LISTEN2NY plans to later expand to other cities in the U.S.
We:
Provide one on one musical mentorship for motivated, musically inclined high school students (Students are matched up with established professional/amateur artists)
Organize concert performances for teen participants
Organize event management workshops
Provide participants with a unique, curated and culturally rich musical experience
Demystify the world of music for youth with aspirations for making a career in the industry
