What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
What we have in place
  • We currently have an existing employee handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have resources concerning employee guildlines and expectations, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to put more time, money, and resources into serving our over 500 families and agencies who seek support through our program.

As a small, but growing nonprofit, it's important that we have an up-to-date employee handbook with clear guild lines and policies. We want our employee handbook to be inclusive of all present and future employees, while also abiding by the law.
