What we need
  • An easily understood visual aid that communicates complex information
  • A high-resolution version of the Infographic in the Organization’s preferred format

United Methodist Church Union has started and incubated many non-profit organizations since it's birth in 1894. We need an infographic that will display these different organizations and their connections to UMCU.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an old infographic, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a brochure explaining the organization, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to spend more time and money on serving our community.

This infographic will mainly be used in raising funds for our organization. We will use the infographic to be able to visually explain the overview of Church Union and its many ministries to potential funders. Without our funders, we wouldn't be able to serve the homeless, underemployed, at risk children, elderly, and all the other populations we currently serve.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the infographic, key audiences, and style preferences (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of infographics they like with the Professional
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with data or other source of information to draw from

Milestone 1: Preliminary Sketching
  • Professional develops three drafted concepts to share with the Organization
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary concept and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of Infographic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds feedback

Milestone 3: Presentation of Deliverables
  • Professional delivers the final version of the Infographic including specifications for usage (colors, size, etc.)
