What we need
  • A professionally designed annual report, up to 20 pages, with print-ready specifications
Additional details

I have two annual reports in process: a nearly completed version for 2017 and a draft of 2018.
I would like to have hard copies and a digital version.
I need help with visuals. I have text, including quotes, and photos.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a 2017 report and a draft (need time to finish) for 2018, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have photos, a logo, quotes and stories, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to use our funds for textbooks, work demo supplies and medical supplies. It is a very big savings for us.

The annual report is an essential piece of communication to introduce people to our work and update supporters on what we are doing. Having a hiqh quality report to present will be incredibly useful.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo and visual branding guidelines, finalized copy, and any additional content to be included in annual report
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of previous annual reports with Professional (if any)

Milestone 1: Brainstorming
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss the story the Organization wants to tell and brainstorm how key data can be highlighted and visualized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Annual Report Design & Feedback
  • Professional creates a preliminary design and shares with Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback
  • Repeat feedback process (if necessary)

Milestone 3: Final Annual Report
  • Professional delivers final version of annual report in PDF format, with print-ready specifications
