What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details
We have no employee handbook and need one developed. We are growing with our education work and able to bring on new employees. We need to think about the future as we grow but our time is currently devoted to our foster care and suicide prevention work.
What we have in place
- We currently have nothing on paper but we do have some informal policies. We are very flexible and would like to understand the basics of what we do need to protect the organization as we grow.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to lead quality improvement projects for 2 pediatric practices which will help doctors identify kids who are at risk for youth suicide.
It will help a growing organization protect the great work that we are doing for kids.
