What we need
- Review of existing mission, vision and/or values
- Analysis of the existing programs and any future plans
- Strategic consultation surrounding the existing functions and the core needs the Organization seeks to address
- Freshly written mission, vision & values statements
Additional details
We want to evaluate our mission, vision and values as part of reviewing our organisational strategy, not fundamentally change, just make our mission clear. We are a small diverse women with disabilities' group responding to trends and emerging needs over years. Also demonstrate our impact with case studies of our users, without identification. We do equalities monitoring, but intrusive obtaining of personal data would deter our users, and large-scale data systems are not appropriate to our size.
What we have in place
- We currently have reports, a blog, personal stories, organisational review, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have experience describing what we do, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,248 , allowing us to focus on our key support work with disabled women.
This will help us to focus and start on work towards a strategic plan for our organisation for the next 3-5 years.

What we do
We provide rights-based self-help information and peer support, casework and campaigning, and other group activities.
