Brochure Graphic Design
Project details
What we need
- Print-ready designed brochure template provided in a high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
- Collateral, to be used in conjunction with the Brochure Writing project, for new marketing materials
- Accurate, print-ready specifications
- Note: This project does not include printing
Additional details
NYC Audubon, a grass-roots, urban bird conservation organization serving the five boroughs of New York City, has developed a strategic plan approved by our Board of Directors. We have two documents: the full narrative, approximately 17 pages of text; and the executive summary/overview, approximately 4 pages of text. We need to prepare graphically designed full and summary versions with descriptive photographs to publish online as a PDF for our members and donors.
What we have in place
- We currently have the document text, high-res photos, logo, style guide, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have dedicated, experienced communications staff to coordinate, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to expend precious/meager resources on core mission, namely boots-on-the-ground research and advocacy work. Staff who designs the newsletter is already on that simultaneous project.
This is our organizational strategic plan that we are presenting to members and donors (including our board who helped develop the plan) as we launch our 40th anniversary year. The plan guides our growth and contains critical capacity building initiatives that must be implemented for NYC Audubon to remain effective in our conservation and science work to protect migratory birds along the Atlantic Flyway and to be philanthropically competitive in the environmental space in New York.
