What we need
  • A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details

We need assistance with crafting our annual appeal letter to our supporters. Letter to be mailed in early November.

What we have in place
  • We currently have last year's annual report, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have one page program descriptions, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to to use those funds towards the programs that serve vulnerable child, youth, seniors and veterans.

Our agency's funding is federal funding heavy, we need to increase our individual giving. This project can help us build more sustainability and help ensure that the 11,000 vulnerable community members we serve each year continue to benefit from our programming.

Our mission

RSVP provides rewarding volunteer opportunities to nearly 1,200 volunteers through ten unique Volunteer Impact Programs, reaching our most vulnerable populations (disadvantaged preschool children, at-risk youth, the elderly, those with low literacy skills, the unemployed and veterans) as well as providing consulting support to nonprofit organizations.
