What we need
  • Customized and professionally designed graphic(s)
  • Training on how to create and customize graphics using (free) design tools/apps

We need a cursive font for our annual fundraising gala.

What we have in place
  • We currently have ideas of what we would like, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Photoshop, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,607 , allowing us to use the funds for programs instead of administration.

Our annual fundraiser is our largest fundraiser. Over the past four years, it has grown tremendously. However, we still do not have the means to pay for a custom font necessary to attract even more people to the event. Helping us create this font would help drive even more traffic to the event helping us raise more funds to assist our mission.

  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines (if applicable)
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to three rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered and Training
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphic and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
  • Professional trains Volunteer Manager how to create and customize graphics
