What we need
  • Designs for one piece of marketing or communications collateral (e.g., fact sheet, case study, event invitations)
  • Templates with accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Note: Please post an additional project if more than one piece of collateral is needed
Additional details

We need a simple map graphic with clean street names to put on our website and all printed materials to help individuals find our main office. It's hard to locate and it's in an apartment building so we can't have large signage outside our building. This will make it so that new donors and volunteers find our space easier.

What we have in place
  • We currently have our old invite, content and how we want to make it better, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a full time staff person who can edit indesign to a degree, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,607 , allowing us to provide rental assistance to family emerging from homelessness

It will help us achieve more brand awareness and allow our new donor prospects and volunteers to find us with ease.

  • Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with a budget for print materials, finalized copy, high-resolution logo and any visual branding guidelines to be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager also provides images for desired deliverables (if applicable), examples of existing marketing materials and links to online presence (website and social media)
  • Volunteer Manager shares brand messaging guidelines (if applicable)

  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss how print materials will be utilized, target audience, and style preferences
  • Professional develops preliminary sketches, and garners feedback from Volunteer Manager

  • Professional drafts print materials, and incorporates any feedback into final product

  • Professional delivers final versions in desired electronic format

The mission of Solid Ground is to prevent and end homelessness for families with children through housing, resources and opportunity.

What we do

At Solid Ground, we help homeless families and children to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty. We provide housing and supportive services to 400 women, men and children each year in our five supportive housing programs, helping homeless families build the strong foundations they need for a brighter future.
