What we need
  • 3-5 one hour strategy sessions covering topics like potential volunteer market, timeline, strategies for outreach and recommendations for implementation (potential risks, possible management tools, etc.)
  • A written summary of goals, target audiences and channels to prioritize
  • A starter plan of recommendations & actionable next steps to begin executing your strategy.

We are looking for a Volunteer to help us create a plan/process to bring in volunteers to prepare, address and print and Mail Merge donor tax letters from excel document to Word as we wrap up our post- fundraising event data.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Donor names and addresses in excel documents, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have letterhead for the tax letters, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to focus our time on writing grants and meeting with donors to obtain critical funding for next year's program.

Acknowledging all of our donors is essential to maintaining their philanthropic support.

Our initial emphasis is focused on substance use disorder, anxiety and depression in youth, age 24 and under.
