What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

Need help and support with reviewing and updating our employee handbook as well as our volunteer handbook.

- We can provide copies of our current employee and volunteer handbooks.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to support more homeless families.
Improve the overall structure for volunteers and update our existing employee handbook to reflect new changes.

Our mission
In partnership with organizations of all faiths, Home & Hope provides a supportive safe haven for homeless families while helping them develop the tools to regain long-term self-sufficiency. Home and Hope's rotational family shelter program provides services to homeless families. We manage 32 congregations and more than 1,000 volunteers giving shelter, meals, and nurturing support. Through service volunteers, our program raises community consciousness on homelessness.
