What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
What we have in place
- We currently have a personnel policy, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an HR Corrdinator, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to automate the human resource practices within the agency and streamline processes for staff.
A review/ revision of this documentation will bring a fresh perspective to the human resource procedures within the agency and allow the agency to stay abreast of current resources and human resource practices for non-profit. Attorney preferred.
