Project details

What we need
  • A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details

OASIS would like to generate recurring individual doner base, and would like to create a letter/communication to share at the upcoming fundraiser reception with new potential doners, and targeted mailings or email.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a letter template that we used about 5 years ago, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a project team, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to use our resources to try a new method of fund development. I plan to launch a direct marketing campaign.

OASIS has a unique model where the organization developed its major doner base on corporation sponsorship and grants. In an effort to diversify our doner base, we would like to reaching out to local individual doners who may a great asset for long term giving commitment.

Our mission

OASIS Center International is a 501(c)3 community development organization, working in partnership with both public and private entities to bring art back into the lives of our youth. Established in 2012, the vision of OASIS is to inspire a generation of youth to fulfill the highest level of life achievement possible through discovery and development of their inherent creative gifts. Our mission is to positively impact at-risk youth through a replicable Arts Mentoring Program and to enhance the skills of local artists through community engagement.

What we do

Recognizing the advantageous effects of arts education on both students and society, OASIS is committed to restoring arts and cultural enrichment at the core of communities, and we believe this starts with a focus on the youth, especially those at-risk in underserved areas of the community. OASIS provides students with instruction in a variety of modalities, including architectural design, creative art journaling, film-making, and tap dance.
