Testimonials
I have to admit I was a bit circumspect about coaching. While I loved the general concept, I was uncertain how I could be matched with a coach who could effectively understand my job context (the mission, people, systems, culture), get to know me as a leader in a newly merged organization, and who could simultaneously support and nudge me--all while I was trying to figure out what it meant to truly be an effective leader. I was given the opportunity to interview Robert Grabel and almost immediately through probing questions, keen insights and a deep well of experience, Robert was able to get a read on me as a professional and individual. I found the level of coaching experience supportive, challenging, nurturing and sometimes even fun. I know it had a positive impact on me as an individual aspiring to develop and grow my leadership skills. I will always and forever look at and understand what it truly means to be a manager in a very different way. In addition, my employees, colleagues, and senior management almost immediately took notice to the impact Robert made reflective through my work and attitude throughout the organization and community. I truly commend Robert for exceptional coaching and humility.
Working with Katelyn in support of her work with Fidelity House was an incredibly gratifying experience. Katelyn approached this work with seriousness, commitment and a true learner's heart - in my experience, these are the keys to successful coaching engagements. It was truly a pleasure to be a partner in her learning and her dedication to creating a safe, respectful and effective experience for her staff at Fidelity House and the clients they work with.
