Program Strategy & Goals
Program Strategy & Goals
Project details
What we need
- Evaluation of current programmatic needs and how a program plan can address them
- Recommendations for an appropriate course of action to reach the desired objectives, including guidance on how to allocate resources and measure success
- Plan that outlines the resources and steps required to reach short- and long-term goals
Additional details
Following several conversations across organizational constituents and staff as well as our board, we have a strong vision statement and draft strategic plan. I am requesting help finalizing the strategy and developing an operational work plan that outlines resources and metrics alongside visuals that communicate the new strategic framework to our stakeholders. Due date is September 30.
What we have in place
- We currently have a vision statement and draft strategic framework, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a prior strategic road map, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,775 , allowing us to use that funding to engage grassroots advocates or other champions who target key decision-makers.
Our organization is at a tipping point, poised to amplify and accelerate our impact. We hope to expand our mandate and relevant activities, while focused on a strong North Star for our leadership and network. Most importantly, we must understand collectively what constitutes success, based on the highest and best use of our current capacity. Doing so will allow us to best serve our community and those affected around the world by their policies or programs.

Testimonials

Working with Loyce, President and Executive Director of Global Health Council, was a refreshing and enjoyable experience. Under Loyce's leadership GHC is taking on a new direction. We worked together to think through the best ways to make that change and achieve the new long-term goals through organizational, marketing, and strategic partnerships. Through the entire engagement Loyce was creative, far-thinking, and open to challenging ideas. In the end, it was Loyce's work that set the stage. I was happy to provide some reflective feedback and a watch the process go. I'd work with Loyce again, without hesitation.
