Project details

What we need
  • 6-8 coaching sessions with a staff member
  • Actionable steps and advice to address an ongoing managerial issue
  • Assessment of the effectiveness of the Organization's leadership team
Additional details

I'm a new director at a small community based non-profit. (1 FT and 4 PT staff) We are small but mighty! I have worked with the organization for 7 years as a volunteer and staff member. I'm looking for some leadership coaching from an expert in the field. I would like a coach to help me think about: my leadership/communication style, strengths and weaknesses, and how best to proceed in this new role.

What we have in place
  • I woud be interested to talk with the leadership coach volunteer to determine what s/he would need to understand the project.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,298 , allowing us to be supported and led by someone who has found professional support and is building confidence in her new role.

A strong, connected, engaged, compassionate leader is critical to our organization's future growth and sustainability.
