What we need
  • Print-ready designed brochure template provided in a high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
  • Collateral, to be used in conjunction with the Brochure Writing project, for new marketing materials
  • Accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Note: This project does not include printing
What we have in place
  • We currently have the content, photos, and logo for the brochure, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have samples of other Kids Smiles marking collateral, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to provide more free dental care, health education, and community oral health outreach services in the community.

The project will enable Kids Smiles to promote the services and programs we provide to a wider audience of children and families in need. We will distribute the brochure to our community partners to reach new populations of families who otherwise would lack access to resources for childhood dental care.

  • Professional and Volunteer Manager meet to discuss goals of brochure, target audience, and style preferences

  • Professional performs initial design and layout and sends to Organization for up to 3 rounds of review and feedback

  • Professional finalizes designs, digitizes the artwork and delivers high-resolution versions, along with print specifications to Organization

Our mission

To provide children in under-served communities with preventive and restorative oral health care as well as innovative health education programs, focusing on the prevention of dental disease and the development of positive, personal health behaviors.

What we do

Kids Smiles works to improve the oral health of children in our community with an approach that is unique to the oral health care industry. We address the barriers to good oral health that low income children face in three ways: providing access to a dental home in under-served neighborhoods; providing outreach services through community partnerships with schools, early childhood learning centers, primary care centers, and other organizations; and improving health literacy with a comprehensive oral health education program provided in our waiting rooms and the community. Kids Smiles treats more than 18,000 children in our dental centers and reaches more than 20,000 children and parents with educational programming on an annual basis.
